Bolt over charged me

I requested a car from Bolt, and I was happy to have R30 discount. Then the cost was R97. But when the driver get to the destination now I was told I had to pay R231. And normally it cost R120 to R130. I reported the issue and they said they will get back to me. Till now they haven't. I hate ********!! Please Bolt refund my money "Ngiyafa ukoma"
