Bolt not supporting their drivers

The driver took me to Bosman station I had lots of bags and he had to pay money about R1500 to mitertax mean old men , apparently the driver was suppose to drop me off by the garage question is how was I suppose to carry my bags that far and when he tried to get assistance Pretoria SAPS they advise that he needs to pop out that money, honestly guys I took taxify bcos it was gonna be convenient for me wth my bag poor guy didn’t know and for helping me out he paid more than wht I paid and Bolt got their commission and didn’t even bother to help the guy this means that bolt doesn’t care about us as customers and doesn’t care abt the drivers as well
