Bolt is really not Safe and should not be used at all

So on Saturday my partner left her phone on the Cab, a driver by the name of Rodrick with a Silver Polo drove us from adderley to Tigers Milk in Kloof and the 1st 3 digits of his Registration number plate is CA 284 and what I don't get is they say they can't get hold of the driver on his phone I mean how difficult could that be If the driver is legit... We've provided everything they asked for and since Saturday we've been getting a run around... This means they're not safe and have drivers as theives they cannot even contact if something happens... This is unfair and Ubber might be expensive but they're more secure
