Bolt is ****en **** , give me my things back

Bolt support center is **** , they ****en horrible and they don’t know how to do they job , I left my house keys inside the ride I was on . I shouted for the guy to stop when he was leaving so I can get my keys and he ignored me and still continued, I called him and messaged him and still nothing . I then go to the support center for help to get my keys back and they not helping or even trying to assist me , support center guy that was helping me is bola , get that **** of a person fired because he honestly doesn’t know his job , I sent all the information provided in order to get a hold of this driver and still nothing , I will be sleeping outside because of you guys
