Bolt is a **** unreliable and lying to its customers. 1. I received a promo but when I requested a car the voucher didnt apply. Why? When I ask Iam told its on another number. Yes I have 2 numbers an yes they are both mine. 2. On Monday I searched for cars and the for a particular trip which I didn't take that day bolt go was R89 , the cheapest. The following day after I thought I had a promo. I requested same trip that I searched for and round the same time. Bolt bo was now R214 how does a price go up more than x 3 same trip just few hours apart around the same time??
