Bolt is a ****

Driver never arrive R20 was reserved from my account then gives a bill of R153 after never even showing up. He said to me sorry I can't make it and when I said he must cancel the ride on his side he then said to me the metro police stopped him for an unpaid fine and he has to follow them next thing he just starts ride and leaves me with that bill knowing very well I'm paying from my bank account.
