BOLT is a NO GO ZONE

On the 18th June 2022 I've booked a bolt trip from Spur Cavendish to Grand West. Firstly the driver was ***********, couldn't follow the directions shown to him on Google maps and secondly being the worse of all, he couldn't drive!! He took the wrong turn off and drove all the way to town. He couldn't climb the hill and we went rolling down thrice! My mother in-law had to instruct and guide him all the way. Eventually we got to our destination and when I checked the cost of trip, I was overcharged by R100 for his stupidity for taking the wrong turn. I've laid a complaint but have gotten no response whatsoever. BOLT is a NO GO ZONE!
