BOLT HIRES *******.

Hi everybody....a month ago I had to somebody at the intercontinental hotel by the airport regarding paying me back for money I borrowed him months before.so I requested a bolt(taxify)he arrived and we went to the hotel.....I asked the driver to please wait coz I was only going to pick the cash up then go back to same place he picked me up .. unfortunately the guy that owed me money didn't show because he got caught up in the meeting.i couldn't pay the driver at that moment but had cash at home to pay him....I need I was getting money so I didn't think to bring any with ...this Uber driver caused such a scene I asked can I pay him by EFT (he said NO.CASH ONLY)then HE made me walk to an ATM to draw the money but the ATM wasnt working then had to walk back to the hotel wer he was parked...then grabbed my cellphone I use for work and jumped in his car and told me il get it back when I pay him . So I managed to find another Uber 2hours later,got home and phoned my phone the driver took (he didn't even switch it off)and told him to come and get the cash and bring back my phone immediately (as it's my work phone and all my customers numbers and details are on there....he then had the nerve to tell me I must first EFT him first then he will bring back my phone AND HIS CHARGING ME EXTRA for bring back my phone .. (if he accepted the eft from the beginning we wouldn't have to drive anywhere to bring bring anything back now would he.anyway 2 phone calls later and R150 added to the bill I owed him which was now R350 IN TOTAL I CONTACTED BOLT SUPPORT AND SOOKE TO A CALL CENTRE AGENT BY THE NAME OF TALIA.she was very nice and respectable and told me il get back my phone they are helping me contact this driver to bring it back....a few back and fourth emails let's just say she stopped emailing me ....my bolt account doesn't work and I still don't have my phone . WHAT THE HELL......I MEAN NOW BOLT HIRING ******* THEN STILL COVERING UP FOR THEM. NICE ONE .. I thought we trying to save our country instead of supporting ********* and helping them.and PS THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME A BOLT DRIVER *****S A CELLPHONE OF MINE!I found that phone on OLX BEING SOLD BY THE DRIVER.NOGAL
