Bolt Food to be renamed as **** Services

I placed an order on the app with Waffle and Wonder in Kenilworth. Who I will never order with again, they gave my order to a driver who told them he is apparently scared of coming into my area, however, contact Bolt as the driver drives for them. So I contact Bolt, who spoke to the driver who happened to lie about his emotions. I have recorded his call because I knew, he told the restaurant one story, telling me another, he will definitely be telling Bolt another too. I had to assist him to bring my order which I happen to pay for. He however still ended up requested that I get him at a garage as his safety comes first. Which I understand but then refuse the order. There are no reports of any violent activities. But somehow he feels the way he does. I have yet only received one call from Bolt saying they will call the driver and call me back. I am still waiting and my order has been updated as delivered. This is the worst I have ever encountered with Bolt.
