bolt fair changed riding

I am a customer who used bolt a lot and one thing i notice the fair always change its not the same amount as your request amount and if you ask them why they wil tell you it change and they don't know why ,and they change to long roots which you must pay for it happens so many times what happen if you don't have that amount with you.Two days ago my daugther request bold the same thing happened from R164 to R230 cash i asked my daugther to download uber for me.Next time i will only pay the amount which is on the request of my phone.
