Bolt engage more with stakeholders

I have been requesting bolt for as far as when it was Taxify I’m rather perplexed by how bolt management never has time to engage their stakeholders like mall managements on the level of victimization that the Bolt drivers experience at the hands of taxi operators who do not want competitors and that leaves us as customers in a very awkward or uncomfortable situation
