BOLT EHAILING IS NOT GOOD

On the 11 th of April I requested a ride, I waited for more than 30minutes, the ride didn't turn up, so I cancel, and I requested Uber within 5 minutes it came. I went with Uber were I want and the charged me R61 wichi I paid. But to my surprised I receive a receipt from Bolt stating that I took a ride, With a deduction of R73. I logged a complain and explained to them what happened and they said I will get back my money after 10 days but it's now more than 20 days I got nothing. What if it was my only money for transport to go to work for that day, must have to wait fo 10 days. Unfair. I advise all Bolt users to rather have cash on you if u request a ride from them. Or rather user Uber it's cheaper and more secured.
