Bolt drivers do not take card payments

Taxify drivers do not want to take card payments I struggled to get home I had to cancel 2 trips well the first driver arrived and he told me I must get off he doesn’t take card payment especially when it has discounts

Please stop the card payment because clearly the drivers do not like it and the clients have to suffer

I would also like to get my refund for the trip that was cancelled because I didn’t cancel it intentional I was bul**** by your driver

I would appreciate if I get a call or feedback what was done with the drivers that don’t consider my safety
