Bolt driver stole my phone

This afternoon I took a Bolt service ride from Durban CBD rushing for an emergency at Mount Edge Combo Life hospital where my sister was being rush to after she faited at work.as I was traveling my phone was about to shift off,I therefore asked the driver to help me charge which he did with no issue.i got to the Hospital and paid and got off.after seeing to my sister's condition which now I had to call home reliese that I forgot my phone in the car.i asked my cousin who I was with to call the driver because she is the one who request,the driver didn't answer his phone and eventually he blocked my cousin,my partner also called the driver and he is not answering.we then write an email to Bolt service which they have not rep****.these are the details of the Bolt driver we took white Corolla sedan Mthobisi
