Bolt driver *****s items

I requested a ride today with a driver named Leon driving a white Ford Figo reg. JG25ZZGP. He was supposed to drop of a few bags of groceries to my house. While on the trip he called using the in app calling service and said that he has my items and will deliver shortly. He then said the ride showed R60 on his side and asked how much it showed om my said. I had a discount and the trip was only R35 so upon mentioning this to him he said it's so less cut the call and ended the trip. He got away with over R1000 worth of stuff that was for my family. I am absolutely distressed and appalled by this and cannot believe that bolt has not responded yet at this happened at 12pm.
