Bolt driver ****med my money

On the 31st of December I requested bolt xl the payment said maximum would be R199. The driver came and dropped us. He did not end the trip and the trip ended at a place I don’t even know of and I was debited R385. I then contacted bolt and they responded and told me I rerouted I told them there is no such and I proceeded to send my location which was where I requested to be dropped off. They said they would contact the driver . I have not received a response and I have not been given my money yet.
