Bolt driver Matome kept texting and driving then threatened me

I requested a Bolt trip today and had my iPad with me, before I could get into the car he had already started the trip to which I asked and he denied but eventually told me he is not a driver but owns the car so he can as he pleases .i kept quiet, along the way he was texting and driving, when I complained he told me to get off on Hendrik Potgieter anyway my trip was a waste he is switching to Uber to make decent money unlike with BOLT.He seemed a bit intoxicated and felt he might get physical so I got off then requested another ride.His name is Matome, drives a grey Kia Rio
