Bolt driver

I requested a driver from Bolt to go fetch my child from school. The time I requested was 12:30 and the driver accepted my request. The distance between him and me was 5min and he didn't even move from where he was. I sent a text and called him and he never responded nor picked up my call. I had to take a taxi and walk to my child's school at 12:50 as my daughter knocks out at 13:00. I'm very disappointed with Bolt as I have never had a problem with them but today showed me another side of their drivers. The name of the driver is Ts he po and drives and Etios. I'm ****ed at his way of handling this
