Bolt complaint

Had the worst experience with one of your drivers today. He wasn't sure where to drop me off when I specifically told him where I'm headed which prolonged the drive, resulting in major traffic that lasted for over an hour. On top of that he had an altercation with a taxi driver which made me feel unsafe. When I requested the ride, the price was charged at R30-R37, but when I was meant get off, the driver said my ride was now R128 coz it was my fault he was stuck in traffic. He refused to let me out and when I tried to get his banking details to send the money as I didn't have enough cash with me he blatantly refused and still would not let me out until I suppose, when he felt like it. I had never had any problems with any bolt drivers until today and I'm very disturbed with with transpired today.
