Bolt cash trips

Hi I am a bolt driver , I experienced very bad service from bolt as one of their drivers . I was owing money to bolt so they decided to freeze me from receiving cash trips after I paid the i owed them I never got reactivated for cash trips and they never checked on the status of my situation or updated me. I am literally on the verge of being fired because of bolts nonchalant service delivery to their drivers , it's like they don't care about anything else besides their profits leaving us on a financial problem
