BOLT aka Taxify

On Saturday afternoon I used Bolt and the the estimated cost was R158. I was quite surprised after we were dropped off that the cost that came through on the sms was R272? I tried to contact them immediately to no avail. No responses to my online chat queries. It is pathetic and ****************. I even tried to log into my account also unsuccessful even after requesting a new password. I can understand if the actual is not exactly the same as the estimate but I feel this is too much of a difference taking into account there was no traffic or other holdups.
