Bolt Account Blocked

I am very disappointed by the BOLT Company with there poor service...i registered on BOLT APP and i was using my APP very well but one day there requested a selfie from me for security reasons..i did the selfie there requested but i remember i was dark that day...when i tried to login on my account there said its permanently blocked 🚫..which i didn't understand why my account is blocked because i did what there asked. I tried to recover but there was no help...my account blocked permanently and there was no warning been issued or part time suspension which is very wrong????
