Bold driver with bad behavior

I am very disappointed and so unhappy with the bold driver by the name of Siyabonga who's driving A Ford Focus with reg HC002GGP this driver is rude, arrogant and doesn't know how to treat passengers. I got in his car with a heater full blast,when I ask him to kindly turn it off and I am feeling hot, he gives me an attitude instead then in the middle of the trip decides to take me back where he picked me up, only to realize that he made me to pay for a trip which never happened and on top of that made me to be late for work.

This is bad behavior and needs to be attended to immediately and be refunded my monies on my bank account asap as I did a card payment.
