Blocked my account

Taxify decided to blocked my account and I couldn't get to work because of it I've messaged them and the guy Gabriel responded and it was taken lightly I couldn't get to work due to this inconvenience why can't taxify be as good as Uber? Uber is a big pricey but they definitely more convenient to use as well as their app doesn't suck like taxify! I've never gotten into any trouble at work but all thanks to taxify it cost me a days pay as well as a warning for not being able to arrive at work!
