This has been the worse. My first ride with them and never again, I got a promo code, signed up for the app. Inserted promo code and card details and was said the promo code would apply to my next ride, but that didn’t happen. Full amount deducted. Then I’ve been messaging them for a whole week with no reply. Only to get one late Friday evening to say they’ll give me a discount on my next ride , that discount expires in less than 24 hours ***? My advise is stick to Uber. This is a **** app
