Better service delivery, please!

So I started new with Taxify, my friend gave me a promo code and I used my card details. Then it says "card blocked". When I messaged your consultants and that too (after 24 hours I got a response) They said the card did not work because they could not verify... So then I had to send my card details and what not.

I thought the point of a ride was to get it then and there not 2 months later after all your verification and what not. I find this extremely unfair and now i need to organise a ride like two months before I even actually take the ride. Since your consultants take forever to respond.
