Being charged for a ride I did not take

I had my brother-in-law place an order on Bolt/Taxify from my place of work to my residence this evening using my banking details as I did not have data to place an order for myself on my phone and it was just convenient that I left my bank card at home today... From 17:56 my brother-in-law tried and tried to get me a Bolt/Taxify, I was cancelled by the first driver who was completing a nearby trip... I was rather impatient as I did not feel safe in the area that I was waiting at for the driver, but we then waited for another driver to accept the trip. It just so happened that one driver did accept the trip but for so long it showed on the Bolt/Taxify app that the car was one minute away, from 18:09 until 18:16 I waited and and waited in this cold weather and it was the Comrades Marathon today. However, my brother at home who was with my brother-in-law then tried to contact the driver but said driver did not answer his phone and so I opted to cancel the trip because why should I as the customer wait, knowing very well that I'm alone in a potentially dangerous area?? The charge for that ride was R43,00 which once again I say I cancelled because I cannot wait knowing it's very late, I am cold and alone in a potentially dangerous area!!! Now the next trip I took brought me home and the charge was R38,00. I get to my place of residence and maybe after 30-45 minutes afterwards, I suddenly go onto my phone and see on my banking app as I just wanted to see my bank balance and so forth. I'm on the app and there I see two charges from Bolt/Taxify for the amounts of R43,00 and R38,00. Is this ******* or what????????????????? So I go to my brother-in-law's Bolt/Taxify app to review what on earth is the reason as to why I'm debited twice when isn't it common sense that I only took one trip? So I scroll onto the app and go to the "My Trips" feature to review why is it that I've been charged twice and only to find that on the app I'm being charged for my trip of R38,00 which I'm well aware of, but an additional R19 for a cancellation fee is charged when I am the victim here as the driver took his own time and Bolt/Taxify's app stipulated the car was arriving in one minute, yet they have the audacity to charge me but the funny thing is that there was no deduction of R19,00 on my banking app but the amount of R43,00 yet doesn't that seem strange that the first Bolt/Taxify that was initially to be my ride home was the charge of R43,00??????? I will make sure to have people never use this app if I am not refunded the amount of R43,00 because of your employees' who cannot offer proper service or for the lack of thought on said employees' to cancel knowing that me being the customer should not have to stand seven minutes just for a ride but still think there's the right to charge for a cancellation fee when YOU are wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
