Be careful of taxify

27 of April 2018 l request a taxify from bezuidenhout valley to Berea using credit card , the drive accepted the request and l called the drive more than 3 times directing him , while l was waiting the drive did not arrived ,but he started a trip without me and then they charged me R50 when l called the drive asking him why l you charging me without me in the car , the drive didn't respond , he drop the phone , l tried calling again but he didn't pick it up , so am asking the owner is this way to work with people . The name of the drive is Comfort
