Bad Taxify Experience!!!!

I have taken Taxify to work everyday for a month now. Everyday I'm charged around R60 - R70 depending on traffic. Which was the right estimate price. I've never had issues with them until yesterday. The same route we take everyday cost me R130. I told the driver its impossible he went on with me made a scene in front of my house we had to phone the police. He then said that Taxify would credit my money. I don't know how long that will take as I have already sent a email last night with no response as yet. I felt so embarrassed everyone in the street came to see whats happening. The driver even got arrogant with the two police officers. If the highest estimate price is R75 how can they charge people R130 for not even a 7km drive. What if it was someone going to work and they only had R75 on them as the highest estimate shows R75 the driver would make them feel embarrassed in front of all the clients and people at work. This is unacceptable. I am not happy at all.
