Bad Taxify Driver

On Saturday evening I requested a ride with one of your driver's car BS97SPGP, Toyota Yaris. Using my card as a payment method the driver never showed up, did not cancel my trip and decided to go on a joy ride around Johannesburg without me. After numerous attempts to communicate with him he never cancelled the trip nor responded to my messages. Your support line never even bothered to respond to my query. Can I be reimbursed what was ****** from me.
