Bad Service, theifs

I left my phone in a taxify and the drivers name was Wandile Zothani Dlamini, and I called my phone 2 minutes after he dropped me at home but there was no answer that was about 5pm, my phone rang until 10 PM and the it was off. I reported it and he doesn't want to bring back my phone and now the driver is threatening me, saying he knows where I live.
