BAD SERVICE TAXIFY DURBAN

We requested a taxi,and the driver(sbusiso) in Durban to La La Lucia was a poor driver,he was not careful on the road and driving over speed limits,the car would roll back and he was too close to other cars.he took a long route so that we could pay more since we don't know the places.It was BAD SERVICE
