Bad service offered by a Taxify driver Ofhani

I use Taxify when I'm working late shifts, I'm so disappointed with it because I had a problem with one of their drivers on the 31st of Jan and I sent a complain to their support team till today there was no acknowledging email or text for my complain. The driver Ofhani his name started my trip and went to a fuel station with me to fill up his gas which resulted in my bill going up than what I normally pay. I'm so sad because I've realized they do not look after their client other than them sending us text to doore rides in order for us to win an iPhone X and I have to use it yet again for the whole week as of Monday-Friday this week.
