Bad service from taxify

I 've been using taxify for almost 2 years and had recieved excellent service until the last 3 weeks..On 3 ocations had to send the driver away because the cars had dents on the bonents and around the cars, broken head and tail lights,the engines made scary sounds ,broken windscreens and drivers who cannot speak English properly... When I send them away the roam inside my residential complex making it difficult to then request another car..Then rides of R29 also now are R48... I am switching to uber.. The owners need to make sure of the condition of these cars... The number plates are sometimes different to the app...
