Bad Service from taxify

On the 22nd September i forgot my wallet in a taxify and when i got inside the house i called the driver to notify them about the wallet in the car and he asked if it had money and after that he said he cant find it and that i must leave him alone and stop calling his phone. the wallet had all my card and plenty of cash. i reported the matter to Taxify and they havent even responded me.
