Bad service from taxify

I am sick and tired of taxify... ive been sending emails back and forth after my app was blocked due to a driver said i did not pay... and the last email Johannes from taxify has an attitude that stinks like hell... i cant swear but damn i hate taxify...

I send screen shots of the rides i took and also send via email explaining i have paid the exact amount of cash on my way to the shopping mall. On my way back i paid with r100 and i got the correct change from the driver... Just a pitty i cant attched proof of payments or even a screen shot of johannes's sarcastic email...

I am gatvol of taxify horrid service
