Bad service from Taxify

I am so annoyed at how my day has just started off. I requested a cab early am, around 5h20am, the first driver took his time and I ended canceling .

Then came the driver called Tendai, he came around 5h32, we had a mini conversations where I told him about the other guy took his time and I ended up late. He apologized for the guys behavior and we let it go and continued with minor conversation.

He had missed the first turn and I kindly told him he should use the correct way at the same time I did not get where he was looking as his GPS was telling and showing him where to go.

Then again he missed another turn right after his GPS had told him, so I told him he missed it and he had to maneuver his way in (this makes me feel unsafe as there are cars behind us, and the reason why I am not driving my car due to the accident I had) so I do not expect a cab driver to be missing turns and then wanting to maneuver their way in when the road is busy. So again I told him that his GPS had told him once again he is going to make me more late. That is when Tendai lost it, he said he is better than the previous guy that did not come at all. I did not get where the comparison came from, so I asked him why could he not apologize then we move on, he said I am taking my stresses out on him. He never has issues with white people, we black people are the worst people ever. And we are so scared of whites, I was so shocked at this, how can something lead from missing a turn to this. He went as far as saying ' you my dear, you are nonsense" WHAT A WAY TO START OFF MY DAY!! I have never had any issues with cab drivers, Tendai was the worst
