Bad service

I rode with a gentleman named Valentine, plate number FB49MCGP, driving a Toyota Etios. He over charged me on my trip which was supposed to be 29 rand I paid the drive 144. On top on that he didn't not complete the trip after dropping me at my desired location I had to call him and remind him my trip is still going on before he ended it. If this is how customers are treated using your service I'm very disappointed
