Bad service

I requested from durban Florida to caversham on the 04/10/2019 at 00:05 to 00:50 and my driver was Malusi Shabani. I have need sending emails to taxify and the not responding and the next thing my phone will be gone for good. I so wish they get to me to this number ***. They service is very bad cause now we don't feel safe taking bolt if when we have problems they can't help
