Bad service at TAXIFY

It is with great dissapointment and anger i am writting to you i thought your drivers are proffesional and undergo a training to assist customers i am shocked as i requested a ride i am on william nicole your driver was rude and shouting at me that he cant see me he then saw me and called me insulted me left me standing cancelled the ride is that how drivers treat pple. I wl makr sure u give me answers and i am willing to come and he must explain wat type of proffesionalism is that i then requested anoylther ride my number is ********** 569 i ddnt see much of the cars details as he cancelled the ride i only have his name and number as above. For me contacting only will not work if you were in my shoes u wd understand. I want to know why he did that and wat behaviour is that. Show quoted text

This is the message i sent to taxify and recieved a response after a week and after that i was promised to be called by one Nhlanhla the call never came i wrote them again and got a response that i shd report through the app of which i did but because the driver had cancelled the trip i only had the drivers number no other details and they went silent. My biggest worry is are we safe with them .
