Bad service

The driver decided to switch of his phone when we arrived to the destination so i cannot see the actual charged amount then he went on and charged me more money i only realised that he didn't charge the actual price when he left . When I called him asking him to return my money back he threw insults . The actual price was R29 but he charged me R98
