BAD SERVICE

I complained bout driver to taxify and I got blocked and I asked them why my account was blocked I was not given a reason. taxify has a terrible service where the customer is not taken care of. and the drivers are rude. I was left in the middle of nowhere with friends at night cause the driver was rushing to collect a girlfriend so that she can change and to back to Sandton. when I send a complain about that incident I get blocked and was told they encountered some irregularities in my account. Taxify has a very very bad and unprofessional service.
