BAD SERVICE

I had a bad experience with Taxify. I cancelled one trip coz the driver was far,then i requested another one. The first Taxify guy I cancelled, arrived then called my name then my nephew went in then they dropped him off. The second Taxify guy **** that he dropped me off and I never paid his money. Collin Dropped me off but their office says that it was not him. I honestly don't understand how stupid their system can be. They decided to block my account.
