BAD SERVICE

When registering with Taxify they promise you that your first ride is free however it did show that it was free until I got off at my destination and then deducted the money from my account. After an awful first experience I tried searching for a number or an email address however that was no luck. I tried there support centre which was also no help. My second encounter was a drastic one too. They say once sharing the app with another person that person qualifies for a free ride to the value of R150 only once putting in credit card details. It then shows that the promo code is valid however still deducted the money from the account. I feel that this is such an inconvenience to me and others. And it seems that they not even phased to resolve any issues nor complaints.
