Bad service

Hi, I made a card payment trip, once I got in the car, the driver asked if it's a cash payment and when said no, he said he could not accept a card trip. And he told us to leave the car. He's reason for the cancellation of the trip is that I DIDN'T SHOW UP! ?. The driver smelled of alcohol! This is not the 1st time I sometimes ask myself if your stuff gets trained before they could work with clients.
