Bad service

Used the service for the first time last night, the driver called to ask if it's a cash trip and I said yes, me not know that the funds was taken from my account twice, I told the driver and he said that he will cancel the trip so that my money will be refunded, this didn't happen. I asked why he needs to be paid in cash and his words was " I need the money for fuel" the worst service ever, will be using you guys ever again
