Bad service

Three months ago I used my card for Taxify, I was suppose to pay R30 for my ride and they charged me R200, I sent a complain and they told me my money will be reversed back but they didn’t do that. I used my card again today Nd I was suppose to get a free ride they charged me R100. I’m going to stop using Taxify.
