Bad service

My name is Refiloe Tsatsi On the 3 February 2018, I took a Taxify from 76 Keswa street Soweto to 3102 Mogoye Street Orladno with the driver called Zakhele , my trip was the ammount of R60 i gave him R100 and he gave me R40.00 change. I am very dissapointed that I want to request today and only to find out that my app is blocked and said i need to call the very same driver for me to make a payment, I called the very same driver and he said i gave him R10.00 as my payment, i asked how is that possible if you gave me change that night and why did he allow me to go out of the car if i did not pay him the amount requested? He called me a *****. I have never had a problem with Taxify after more then 50 rides with them, only to find out that I am being *****ed today. I am disgusted with the apuling service from Taxify, I want the driver exposed and to be taken out from the routes as he is a ********.

I have called the driver twice and he still accuses me of short paying him, he claims that he came back to knock at the door at my address. I am not happy at all with the poor service given after so many rides with them.
