Bad service

I used to be a Uber customer until I was recommended to join bolt since it's more affordable and does appreciate their customer in giving them promos in return to say thank you but truth told you don't even get to have that promos because they are like demo where bolt drivers don't comply / follow those promos. I had baddest experience in my first 2 rides with 2 different drivers. The First driver made me pay for R32.00 instead of R8. 00 since I had 80 percent off, he told me that the apparently he doesn't do promos so I have to pay for amount for the trip and the name of the driver is Gladwin. The second driver nhlanhla charged me R42. 00 instead of 22 since I had percentages off did switched off his phone and then switched it on again and said it's R42 and when I got the email it reflected as that I paid R22. 00 which I didn't even pay that R22. 00 I paid more than what is expected!!!! I demand all the money that I was overcharged back please or I will be taking this to newspaper warning people that they should be careful and think twice before taking / using bolt because their daylight ******s Please of advice if anyone is thinking of moving to bolt or using bolt don't even think of it because you will regret trust me I already do
