Bad expirience with taxify

I requested a taxify from town to Gugulethu, the driver was so ********, irritated by me and a friend of mine we were so disappointed because it was our first time riding with taxify, the service was too awful for the price we paid and we want compensation because we thought our journey was going to be a journey to remember since we've just arrived from the UK if this is the service that you I've your customers then I think they need customer service training
